Never use pliers to hold the head up. The teeth will gouge the sides and tear up the seal in the body.

I’ve had covid, but have recently been diagnosed with several vector-borne infections, including a live Babesia Mycroti. I broke my humerus 11 months ago and it’s not healing because of lack of blood flow. I also had BII and mold toxicity. I’m sick more days than not, and gardening makes me sick , and there is fungus in my soil in places. Seems like this protocol would benefit me. I get breathless and my exercise has dwindled to yoga and some gardening. I’m extremely depressed because I was always a health-conscious person, had a 30 year career teaching, ut gad to retire because I became too sick from breast implants. I used to walk and run, and was strong for my 4’ 9” body, but I’ve had back issues and found out my entire spine fused together, so I can’t bend it. I think I have Ehlers Danlos, because I’m extremely flexible and can do the splits at almost 69. I just want to feel well and be happy with my granddaughter!! Any suggestions? I’m taking ginkgo baloba and taurine, glutamine, vitamins, and being herbally treated for the Lyme, but I still have head swirls. I need to move because this house is too much to handle.

I have a small back yard, it seemed like overkill to buy a lawnmower with an engine. This is easy to carry in and out of the basement through the bulkhead. Very sharp (be careful). At the back of the mower are little wheels, which I use when pulling the mower backwards, so it's easy to readjust direction. I'm including a photo which shows the before and after for my lawn when it was at its longest. For long grass like that you really have to put some muscle into it, and I needed to go into a new section of grass with some momentum, but when the grass is only an inch or two higher than regular cut height it's quite easy. The lawn is still patchy and full of weeds, but at least it's a good height! A step in the right direction.

I'd like to say that I'm now a big fan and I think the beauty of your videos are the fact that they're so simple, but yet detailed with info while and being concise. I'm a new homeowner that's also in California, but in the warmer LA region. I hope to join this similar journey and would be happy to achieve something even remotely close to what you've done at your home. I am curious though, what is the rough sq footage of all your combined lawn space that you maintain? And what's your background as I'm interested to hear how you learned to do your own pavers, irrigation system, and lawn care? You are an inspiration; cheers!
